How much deposit must I place?
A Security Deposit equal to first and last month’s rent is required.
Like all community developments, there are taxes, utilities and upkeep costs. Taxes and utilities are built into your monthly rental payment. Utilities and other services will be extra.
Will my monthly payments remain fixed?
Once your rental application has been signed and your Security Deposit received, your rental payment is fixed for the first year. Market Rental units are subject to a standard yearly increase of 2.5%. Until your rental rate is fixed, advertised, monthly rates may increase with the next interest rate hike. Be sure to apply early.
