How do I reduce my monthly rental costs?

The innovative layout allows for traditional two-story living or transforms to provide a self-contained bungalow apartment on the ground floor and another apartment in the loft. On either level, you’ll enjoy space for a bedroom, living area, kitchen/kitchenette, dining space, a 3-piece bathroom, plumbing for a washer-dryer, private Wi-Fi hookup and enjoy the outdoor patio or balcony. The secondary apartment is perfect as an in-law suite, accommodating an adult child, friend or caregiver – as a guest, an extra source of income, or part of a caregiver’s remuneration package.
By opting to share your living space, you could enjoy the remarkable affordability of living alone, together, at Sunshine Village, with monthly costs starting as low as $1,400.00, including maintenance fees. Our efficient rooftop solar system covers about 85% of your electricity needs, considerably reducing your monthly living costs.

How do I apply for a unit?

Connect with us at rental@foxparkdevelopments.com and I will supply a current sitemap to choose a unit, along with an Application Form. Once you have completed the Application, you must provide a Security Deposit.

How much deposit must I place?

A Security Deposit equal to first and last month’s rent is required.

Are there any other payments?

Like all community developments, there are taxes, utilities and upkeep costs. Taxes and utilities are built into your monthly rental payment. Utilities and other services will be extra.

Will my monthly payments remain fixed?

Once your rental application has been signed and your Security Deposit received, your rental payment is fixed for the first year. Market Rental units are subject to a standard yearly increase of 2.5%. Until your rental rate is fixed, advertised, monthly rates may increase with the next interest rate hike. Be sure to apply early.

Can I visit the site?

Yes! We are happy to show off the construction site at 77 Fox Street in Penetanguishene but must do so safely during construction hours. Please contact John at rental@foxparkdevelopments.com or book a phone appointment through our link at the top of this page so I can arrange your Guided Tour.
