MAINTENANCE FREE LIVING.
At Sunshine Village, your monthly Occupancy Fee covers year-round, exterior building maintenance like grass-cutting and snow-removal.
The Interior maintenance of the Community Clubhouse floors, lighting, painting and maintenance as is needed, and includes appliances and heating and cooling system for normal wear and tear. All members will have access to the maintenance ordering system, through the management team, if needed.
SAFETY AND SECURITY.
Sunshine Village promotes personal freedom and healthy active living. All security measures taken create a greater level of comfort for our members. You may not see us, but rest assured if you travel for the winter, we will always be on guard for you with management and neighbourhood watch supported by a monitoring system.
We follow all Ontario best practises for cleaning and sanitization. Smoke detectors. Low step entry. Fully accessible and well-lit common areas and parking. A keyless entry system for the Community Centre and closed circuit TV cameras monitor exterior building and site entrance keep everyone safe.
CONVENIENCE AND CHOICE.
Live stress-free knowing your low, monthly property maintenance fee looks after the exterior of your unit, year-round. With Net-metered solar on each Leaseholder’s rooftop, and Bell digital services negotiated to give Leaseholders’ a package deal, utilitiy prices are greatly reduced giving you control of your additional expenses.
